Who we are

Munero Limited runs Kepta and this waitlist, and is the controller of your data. Contact us at hello@kepta.dev.

What we keep and why

• Your email address, to confirm it's you and to email you about Kepta's launch and early access.
• When you agreed and which version of this wording you saw, so we can show you agreed.
• Whether you ticked the research interview box, so we only ask people who said yes.

We don't keep your IP address or browser details, and we use no analytics or tracking in our emails.

Our lawful basis

Your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the link in every email, or by writing to hello@kepta.dev.

How long we keep it

• Not confirmed: deleted after 7 days.
• Confirmed: deleted 12 months after our launch email, or as soon as you leave the list.
• After you leave, we keep a keyed one-way fingerprint of your address so we never email it again.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare hosts this site, stores the waitlist in the EU, runs the bot check on the form and forwards mail sent to kepta.dev.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) sends our emails. It stores account data and email logs in the USA, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, and keeps send logs for 30 days. Resend's sub-processors.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
